ATP Group acquires Neschen from Blue Cap AG
ATP Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Neschen, a leading manufacturer of water-based adhesive solutions, from Blue Cap AG, effective October 7, 2024. This strategic acquisition brings together two innovative leaders in the adhesive industry and strengthens ATP’s capacity for sustainable and high-performance solutions.
As part of the agreement, Neschen will operate as a standalone organization of ATP Group, ensuring continuity in its operations and management. The current management team at Neschen will remain in place, with no changes to its business organization. ATP Group is committed to maintaining Neschen’s existing structure, allowing it to continue its success as an independent entity.

In the near term, there will be no changes to Neschen’s production, supply locations, or day-to-day operations. This ensures continuity for our customers, with no changes to the personnel managing your account or to the established commercial processes, including order placement and payment procedures. As we move forward with the integration, ATP will work closely with its customers to evolve the supply chain, focusing on delivering improved efficiency and added value.
